Join us on our trip to China!

We are overwhelmed by everyone's support and excitement about our trip to China to adopt Hannah.  We wish we could take all of you with us.  The trip would certainly be easier if we had all of the people who care about us cheering us along.  Since that's not realistic, we would love to invite all of you to follow our journey via Facebook and this blog.  Most importantly we would love for you to join us in praying for each aspect of this trip.  We cannot make it thru this trip, or really any of our days, on our own strength.  We are trusting God to equip us for this journey and give us the emotional endurance to go around the world to bring our daughter home.

Here is our basic itinerary for our trip.  I will try to give ideas of things to pray for each day as we go along.  Of course, we appreciate prayers for our boys and their grandparents each day we are gone.  I will try to update this blog and Facebook as much as we are able.

2/4   Go to the airport
2/5   Fly to China @ midnight
2/6   Arrive Beijing 5am local time.  Visit Little Flower, Hannah's first foster home, in the afternoon  2/7    Tour Beijing:  Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square, etc
2/8    Tour Beijing:  Great Wall
2/9     Fly to Zhengzhou, Henan (Hannah's province)
2/10    GOTCHA DAY!  (We expect to get Hannah between 6-10pm CST and will update /    post pictures as soon as we are able)
2/11    Morning:  Paperwork in Zhengzhou
    Afternoon: Travel to Anyang to apply for Hannah's passport.  Hopefully visit her orphanage
2/12    Free day in Zhengzhou
2/13    Zhengzhou, get notary documents
2/14    Zhengzhou, receive Hannah's passport
2/15    Fly to Guangzhou (1-3pm)
2/16    Guangzhou, paperwork, dinner with Facebook adoption group
2/17    Guangzhou:  Hannah's medical appointment, visa picture
2/18   Guangzhou, free day
2/19   Guangzhou,Consulate Appt 830a to apply for Hannah's visa
2/20   Guangzhou, receive Hannah’s visa
2/21   Guangzhou, free day
2/22    FLY HOME!!!!  Land in Houston around 2:30 pm in the international terminal
